X-Cart integration with eBay, Amazon, Walmart, Etsy
The module provides inventory synchronization between multiple marketplaces, allows to receive orders from the marketplaces, import them to X-Cart store and send tracking details back to the marketplaces.
Key features
- Product inventory and price synchronization from your X-Cart store to the marketplaces.
- Order export from the marketplaces to your X-Cart system. Since you store and manage all your orders in one place, that allows to simplify your accounting, reporting or managing purposes.
- Tracking number export from X-Cart to the marketplaces. If you manage order shipping information in your X-Cart store, you can simply enter a tracking number on the order page, and it will be sent back to the order in the relevant marketplace.
For example, if you sold an item on eBay, the system will import the order to your X-Cart store, change the item stock level and will push updated item quantity to all of the marketplaces you have connected. Or you can change a product inventory/price manually and have the changes replicated to all the connected marketplaces. That will save your time and will help to avoid order cancellations due to incorrect product quantities specified in different marketplaces.
Right now we support synchronization with eBay, Amazon, Walmart and Etsy. If you need to integrate a different system, let us know.
Technical information
- Information about product quantity and price is synchronised between marketplaces (no other product information is in sync). For now there is no option in the module to split price and inventory feeds for the marketplaces.
- The subscription plan offered for the X-Cart integration does not have any limits for the number of requests to our servers or number of products you want to manage. However, here are expected timeframes. For product inventory updates, default X-Cart cron task takes up to 5 minutes for execution, also it may take us up to 10 min to compile date to create a marketplace feed. Synchronisation speed depends on marketplaces’ response time as well. In average, a feed processing time starting from a product update till the update on the marketplace side takes less then 15 minutes.
-Orders synchronization between marketplace and the system and tracking information submission happens every 5 min.
-The system uses product SKU to match inventory, so please make sure marketplace product SKUs match your X-Cart store product SKUs.

A module is available for download for free. The module usage is not possible without a FairAPI account creation, so you will be suggested to register an account on Settings page of X-Cart FairAPI connector module. When creating a new account, you get a 7-day free trial period for our subscription service. Once the trial period is over, you will see available subscription options right on the module settings page. There are monthly and annual subscription plans available.
